• The real estate agent is granted licence to use images for the sole purpose of selling or leasing the property. • Use of images expires when the property changes ownership or the listing is terminated.
• Images may not be used to market similar or identical properties.
• Use of images by third parties and new property owners is strictly prohibited. • License is non-transferable except by permission of Justin Green. Transfer of license will incur extra fees. • Images may not be altered without first receiving permission from Justin Green.
• All photography bookings are a direct contract between Justin Green and the real estate agent. • Justin Green shall retain copyright to all images.
